Too many ideas!

Over the past year I've been inadvertently bombarding myself with story plans and picture ideas so much that I ended up doing little to nothing of what I actually wanted to do. Now, I know what the answer to this problem is, I just need to focus in on one thing, ridding myself of as many distractions as humanly possible, at which point everything will go smoothly off into the sunset... The problem that I run into with this is drawing/writing (Art) is something that I do to relax from my job and business life, and I'm still apprehensive about allotting more time to the creation of my stories, (of which there are a plethora xD).
